Mr. Pradip Padole is the current District General Secretary ‘Bhartiya Janata
Party (BJP) Bhandara is a rare brand of politician who is both, erudite and
popular with the masses. He holds a Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering from
Nagpur University, a Post Graduate Degree in M.A in Political Science. Since
starting his political career in the mid nineties, in a short span, has become
a respected political leader of the masses.
Pradip Sir has played many leadership roles for both his political party as
well as an elected representative of the people of Bhandara and Tumsar,
Maharashtra. He has served as an elected member and president of the
Maharashtra Civil Engg. Association of Maharashtra from 2002 to 2010, Taking
care for the Welfare of the civil Engg. for providing Govt. works and
facilities. During his tenure as president 32 Govt. GR has been published of
5lacs-30lacs working projects and every year 60lacs of ZP work is allotted by
lottery system which has been the new concept for projects allotment.
With over 15+ years of service as a representative of the people in the , he
has been a part of various committees over the years, namely – Estimates
Committee; District General Secretary(Bhandara, BJP); Maharashtra Civil Engg. Association; Anjanabai Trust; Lions Club; JCI Club; Snehi

Pradip Sir is a seasoned public representative and has been recognized in
several forums for his political acumen and skill. This ability has been
recognized both locally and nationally, as in 2008 he has fought against Mr.
Nitin Gadkari In MLC election for Maharashtra State Secretary which made him
recognized as the representative of public. He has always worked for the
society and raises the issues which lead to upliftment of the society.
Pradip Sir is well-known for his intellectual analysis and thought
leadership on several topics including those related with fiscal issues. His
thoughts and ideas on how the economic divide between the poor and affluent can
be bridged have been always appreciated. He has been invited to several
conferences to make presentations for the society issues.
